KENANGA WHOLE CITY TRIP

Hi everyone a good day a head....On the 10th January we went to Kenanga Wholesale City (also known as KWC Fashion Mall), is Malaysia's first fashion wholesale mall. It is located in Pudu, the heart of Kuala Lumpur, a few minutes from the city's Golden triangle, in the fashion wholesale area of Jalan Kenanga. We reach at there about 9am from our Politeknik Nilai.

Actually we went for KWC is for study purpose and there we meet a lot of retailer at there selling their goods and products.We want to know how they selling their products and how they handle their customer. Beasides , as a group for we went then we seprate by two groups to take interview as a company A and company B. Company a choose HANNA TIME and we which is company B choose HYD carpet company (which is car carpet company).

We firstly greet the retailer with Good Morning and we introduce ourself. Besides we ask permission for take interview for our task and study purpose. We ask alot of question for an example how do they sell their products and also what type of material they sell.

She said that she always explain their products and the benefits of the products to the customers. She also talk politely to customer. She said if we want to sell the products 1stly we wants to improve communication skills to sell the products.

We learnt that how they sell their products and how they explore in social medias like instagram and facebook.

They also sell their product by online.We also ask about their 10 co-workers and the founder of the company and we know that he not a Malaysian citizen and he is from China.

Lastly we took a selfie with her and thank to her for sacrifice her time to us for the great interview.
